No Refund & Licensing Policy

All products and services provided by MQLXpert, including Expert Advisors (EAs), indicators, and custom development, are digital and/or custom-built and are sold as seen and as described.

All sales are final. Once payment has been made, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.

All Expert Advisors (EAs) require a valid trading account number in order to generate and issue a licence. Licences are locked to a specific account for security and anti-piracy purposes.

By purchasing any EA or licence, you acknowledge and agree that: You must provide a valid trading account number to activate the licence. Licences are account-specific and cannot be reused or transferred.

Failure or refusal to provide an account number does not qualify for a refund.

Once a licence is generated, requested, or activation is initiated, the sale is considered complete and non-reversible.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms in full.
